Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. You have 24 hours to contact me at alishanonine@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures for proof will be required.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The only reason a beauty product may be returned is due any of the reasons that are listed in the Damages and Issues section.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
